We make sure that you get the best quality translation. However, in case, you don’t get satisfactory work, then we scrutinize the work and find the actual problem. Moreover, we refer the project to another translator to get the work fixed without charging extra from you.
In case you are not completely satisfied with the translation you can visit your task detail page, click on the ‘Request corrections’, the complete range of options will be displayed, you can select possible corrections that fit your concerns. Additionally, you can also add description and details for translator in the comment box. The corrections will be directly sent to our PM and translators. Once that happens you will receive the corrected version as intimated by the PM.
Raising a dispute
If the entire translation or a part of it is unacceptable to you, you can click the ‘raise a dispute’ tab and write which part and why is it unusable. The dispute will be sent to the PM who will take appropriate action which may include improving the translation or refunding the appropriate amount back to the client.
